PROCEDURES FOR RESERVING THE CLUBHOUSE
- Call
Sarah MacLeod to reserve the clubhouse. Sarah's phone number can be found
using the HOA Directory with Phone Numbers link on the Documents web page.
- Fill
out this Clubhouse Use Form.
- Provide
Sarah with the completed Clubhouse Use Form and a $25.00 fee payable to Pinon
Glen HOA. This payment is deposited into the clubhouse fund.
- The
clubhouse will be inspected by the user and a member of committee on day
of use and after 12:00 (noon) the following day.
- If the
clubhouse is not properly cleaned, a cleaning fee of $50.00 will be
assessed.
- If there
is physical damage to the facility, the user is responsible for the cost
of repair or the replacement of the damaged item.
